Welcome to Maybe Tomorrow, I'm Jasmine. As someone who lives with multiple mental health problems and chronic illnesses and an extreme need for planning all aspects of my life, I'm slowly learning the importance of slowing down and focusing on the now. During my darkest moments the phrase "maybe tomorrow" would power me through. With the hope and prospect of a better tomorrow, I was able to battle through my hardest days. Since living with mental illnesses, it was a wish of mine to create a blog, a supportive place for all those struggling. More importantly a fresh start for me, new beginnings, connections and inspiration. Whilst I won't lose a sense of who I am without my health problems (see below to get to know me), I want to focus on saying things about mental and chronic illness that society is still afraid to hear. I hope to crush all the stigmas with each post I write. In those dark moments, hearing other people's experiences is what held me together and is what still holds me together to this very day. That I'm not alone and nor are you.
In a super short summary (or the shortest I can manage, I like to talk A LOT!), I'll give you a little taste of who I am and what to expect from this little corner of the internet. I'm 23, working part-time in childcare whilst working towards a degree in health and social care. I'm forever changing my mind about what I plan to do with my life and slowly but surely figuring out what life is like with ongoing mental and physical health conditions. I'm half French, half Norwegian and born & bred in England- I'm proud to be a good old mix. Lover of dogs, poetry, sarcasm & laughter, beaches, ice-skating, ice-cream and cake, Friends, Grey's Anatomy (slightly obsessed...or extremely obsessed if you asked those who know me well), my bed, baking, reading & writing and most importantly family & friends. And much more, but I'm sure you'll get to know me along the way.

Thanks so much for stopping by my little corner of the web,
I sure hope you stick around so we can tackle mental health together.
